Our production time is a minimum of 2 weeks, but it might take longer depending on the volume of orders we receive.✧ Strictly no cancellation of orders. Bogus buyers will be posted & reported. We require a down payment to start the production. Please note that payments are non-refundable except in the event of unforeseen issues.✧ For handmade products, you can send pictures for inspiration or suggestions on how I will design your order. But please do note that it will not be 100% replicated.✧ We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We will not be liable for the damages or losses brought by the courier.✧ Exchanges are not accepted if the item is damaged or mishandled during use.
